I'm having one pretty much . I know things can get better and there isn't anything wrong with right now but I have been so grumpy and anxious today not sure how to handle it . I usually love my job but today I hate it . I think I'm overly tired maybe I'm Not sure not sure how to deal. I mean it's not about my guy or anything specific . During this anxiety attack that's already existing I think this may not work etc but it's like not the cause of the attack there really is nothing that is causing it.

I wondered about those lol they are really popular lol. Yes I work in an office at a desk : I feel much better now at home right now did my meditations and then work out . Now I'm watching YouTube makeup hair videos lol.
