I'm having one pretty much . I know things can get better and there isn't anything wrong with right now but I have been so grumpy and anxious today not sure how to handle it . I usually love my job but today I hate it . I think I'm overly tired maybe I'm
Not sure not sure how to deal. I mean it's not about my guy or anything specific . During this anxiety attack that's already existing I think this may not work etc but it's like not the cause of the attack there really is nothing that is causing it.

What usually helps me deal with anxiety is taking deep breaths and having a hot drink.

Yea.lm bored at work so it doesn't help 2 more hours. Changing thoughts on the doubts though.

Do you work in an office at a desk? Maybe you could get something to fiddle with during your down time. Fidget spinners really help me keep focused in general.Β

I wondered about those lol they are really popular lol. Yes I work in an office at a desk : I feel much better now at home right now did my meditations and then work out . Now I'm watching YouTube makeup hair videos lol.
