the point of subliminals is to reach your subconscious mind which is why the audio is recorded at a certain frequency and music or sounds are played over the top. You shouldn't be trying to listen to the words or make out what they are saying because then your conscious mind may disagree with what the message is telling you. Just know that the message is getting to your subconscious mind.

I have been listening to the audio from today morning and I have never felt so good before. I feel so positive after a long time. I rather enjoyed my day after listening to it. Thanks for giving me this gift.
