So, I have been reading a lot on LOA. Seems like I have a hard time visualizing. Like I cannot get a clear enough picture in my head.
Do any of you keep a gratitude journal? Script? Mind movies?
What works the best for you?

Try to think of visualization like how you imagine a memory.Β It's not always clear, and it's more of a feeling and an experience than specific details.

Hi, there are videos on utube that help with visualising, they gently guide you slowly into visualising your partner etc and that helps a lot.
Gratitude journal and scripts are great especially for raising your vibration. Do whatever makes you feel good. If something doesnt feel good or feels like a chore then stop.
