Here is a summary that I made:
Step 1: Lie on your back and get comfortable. Take full, deep breaths.
Step 2: Get into a state of relaxation (repeat I am sleepy)
Step 3: Visualize subject clearly. Imagine him 50 feet away from you
Step 4: Call out to him. Do this until he turns around to look at you
Step 5: Watch him walk over to you. Look into his eyes and know that you have complete control
Step 6: Hear him say what you want to hear him say (I love you. I miss you and I want to be with you again. Please. I can’t live without you. I realize now that you’re the perfect woman for me.) FEEL the relief and happiness you’d feel when you hear these words
Step 7: Hear yourself reply to him (I love you too. You don’t know how happy I am to hear you say that. I would love nothing more than to be with you again. You’re my everything. Thank you for loving me.)
Take a few moments to let the feeling of peace, love, gratitude and knowing it is true wash over you. Release him with love and go about your day knowing you will hear these words.
