How to get back on track

Two days ago I was feeling amazing. The best I have felt for a long time, really calm and relaxed and looking forward to manifesting great things. Then yesterday this happens - I had the most humiliating experience in work.I had to do some public speaking, a presentation,ย nerves got the better of meย ย and it went so very wrong, people looked embarrassed for me. I don't feel like facing these people for a while. I'm quite a reserved person which doesn't help.

Thisย has brought my vibration down. If anyone could advise me how to raise it again and get over this I would be very grateful. XX

People will only remember what you keep active.  So FORGET IT!  Wipe it,  gone!  Honestly.  If you can just pretend it never happened, people will quite literally forget it ever DID happen!
