i really dig photography and nature, so as an idea, maybe you guys could go hiking or into more natural settings, like huge forests and the Grand Canyon (as an example) and take pictures together and just enjoy each other's company without any technological interruptions, other people, etc. - just you two (kinda like what Vera said - i like her ideas!)

going to concerts together, movies, walking through the streets hand in hand; since you're focusing on marriage, maybe picking out your wedding dress and the cake?

in terms of wedding, i always like to visualize when i first step on the aisle and i see him in the distance and he's just looking at me with so much pure love and happiness and his eyes are a lil teary and it's such a genuine moment between us. maybe something like that?
