You are totally making in my opinion a big progress considering the amount of no contact period and it's a call!
A call is more personal, she missed your voice for sure.
I prefer a call over a text anyday.

Would you recomend me tips for relaxation? Do you use any music while visualization?
Did you use the lanie method?

I used the method of them calling them until they turn around. Bernard09 outlined it on a thread recently. I think it's lanies method but iv only used that twice .

Here's what I can tell you for sure . during my visualisations NY love and I have fantastic fun  in all kinds of scenarios..

Last night tho I tried something different when my love turned to me and walked over to me we talked. I told her I love her and to stop being so stubburn and we made a joke about it but I said my piece to her . it felt good as it wasn't negetitive and I was totally calm. She cried alittle and we hugged then I opened my eyes and went asleep.( obviously closed my eyes again lol

Yes it is a huge step forward. Now I'm not going to ring her back this morning as thats pure sign of desperation. She has my number and she will call again!!!

My tips are get comfortable.
Get in meditation state, breath relax all muscles and focus purely on your love in the best way.

Regards music etc, use whatever makes you most relaxed. I use the wind outside alot. It calms me .
