In the midst of frustration sometimes the only thing that helps is to move consciously from moment to moment. Forget about tomorrow, or next week, or next year. Focus on NOW only.
If you can't seem to stay in alignment with your goals for long, stay in alignment right NOW. If you feel besieged by lack, focus on abundance right NOW.
You can hold any focus for one second, right? Every day is composed of thousands of seconds. That creates a lot of opportunities to align yourself. One second is sometimes all it takes to call forth a new opportunity.

Have you ever practiced segment intending? It's where you very deliberately segment your day into small chunks. And then you pre-pave your experience. You intend that the trip to the store will be easy, breezy, fun etc.. And then it is! You use your 5 senses to stay in EACH MOMENT and experience the NOW like never before. It really helps you to raise your vibration when you're feeling off xxx

I haven't practiced segment intending per say but I do tell myself when I'm studying that I'm smart and I completely get this and after I finish this chapter, I'm going to know everything about it.
I'm happy to say for the past 12 days, I have been feeling awesome and happy. I love myself because I know I'm special. Since, I create my own life I'm happy to know that I'm laying the foundation of my awesome life that has everything
But that sounds like a great technique and I'll use it in my daily experiences. Thanks cherished! π
