Let It Out

So we are supposed to be all pumped up and excited and full of joy and happiness while manifesting our perfect relationship with the ex. While Yes!, it is possible to dominate your thoughts with positive love feelings, eventually there comes a moment when you recollect the Bad that was done to you. The thing that got said. The feeling of hurt and disappointment. You feel like telling the person how he/she hurt you.

Now when this thought used to come, i used to try canceling it out by immediately trying to visualize a good thing. and the mental clash would take a toll on me. It used to bring me down.

For a change, what i did last night was, i thought about the thought the whole way! the thought of me telling her that "you abandoned the relationship! you hurt me...blah blah blah"...i did this very quickly, and then had a self talk which went like this : "Its okay! you were hurt. it is natural to feel sad for a moment. But you know she loves you. and you love her. and you are gonna be together, and you both r gonna create a wonderful happy life together. things are happening buddy!"

This helped me overcome the negative thought almost instantly.

I guess this is it. When people suggest to thank the negative thought for occurring and replacing it with a positive one. This exercise instantly brought me to peace.
