So today I was very overjoyed, too overjoyed that my anxiety was interfering in the mix. I think it's because instead of slowly and gradually working up to happiness it was more of a jump shift. So it was a lot for my body to take on. Right now I an still very happy and I just know everything will work out for me. But my body is kinda in pain from the sudden change.

Yes, I just need to calm down a bit so my body can adjust to shift. It's weird though because my intuition feels stronger too.

I did it unintentionally. While I was having anxiety I forced positive thoughts on it. I would not recommend however due to the fact that it leaves your body in pain.
