Also, can someone who overcame anxiety on here tell me what they did? I have been being positive and for the most part I was anxiety free till the end of the day, it started coming back. It normally happens when I sit still and sit upright. I know it has nothing to do with doubts, but the emotion did come from always being negative. I don't even have to be thinking negative for it to come, it comes whenever now.

For me I focused on myself. I treated myself to new things, i went for walks, i wen gym, i did zumba, lots of reading, runs in the park, went to spas, watch things on netflix... Just focus on myself and what makes me happy!
