I have this recurring problem, which i suppose is not that uncommon. I am trying to attract back my ex, and i am positive most of the times, relaxed and in good happy level. But then, out of the blue, a thought comes that my ex might meet someone, she might like someone, blah blah. Now this thought just makes me anxious, as i fear that i might get manifested, to my own bad. this makes me worried and anxious.
I dont want my deepest fear to get manifested,
Can anybody, please, help me with this. Any technique, any process, any method to kick out the negative thought and feel good again instantly?

Negative thoughts are nothing to be fearful or worried about. Just acknowledge them, recognize them for what they truly are (fear, anxiety, faulty beliefs), thank them, and release them.
Then firmly turn your attention to thoughts that soothe and uplift you. Rinse and repeat. Rinse and repeat. π

Rinse and repeat. i get it. Thanks a lot. But sometimes, i feel like getting stuck in the loop of that thought. So, do you follow any particular procedure, an affirmation, to get back to the positive state and raise your vibration again.

I don't follow any particular procedure rather I reason with myself if being negative has ever brought any positivity in my life. Since it hasn't, I tell myself that in order to see a change in my physical reality I have to change my thoughts, feelings, and beliefs.
You will be able to do this. Watch Veronica's videos and the focus wheel is an excellent activity
