[Help] 1st day of challenge

Hi! I'm trying to start the challenge. I haven't read the "get you ex back in 25 days" book, but I have seen all the videos related to that topic. I do have the "25 day challenge" book, and I plan to follow it.Β 
Today I'm feeling a little sad. Nothing happened, just some debts and life in general. I know it will pass in a couple hours. Should I start over tomorrow or just accept that I had a bad day and continue with the challenge?

Hey I am sorry you are feeling this way!
i have done the challenge more 3 times now. its about feeling good about yourself and enjoying your time. dont focus too much on the progress now, try to enjoy it.
i got my ex back but we broke up again. im doing the challenge again hoping for a better relationship this time.
