I had a good friend that had gone quiet. The last few times we'd arranged to meet, he'd cancelled, and then stopped replying to me.
Since it was Christmas, I said to myself, I might as well say Merry Christmas to him. Then I thought, let's test this stuff out a bit more...so I imagined he was talking to me normally again. I imagined it once, and left it at that and didn't really think about it after. Well, he replied to my Christmas message, and we had an actual conversation.
A similar thing happened with another friend recently. So, if you want someone to contact you, just imagine it and relax. Don't obsess over whether it's working, just let it happen.
