My special person got back together with his ex
I think this is really over, things were going great we had good communications and suddenly one day I received a text from his number saying that I should stay away and it was from his girlfriend. I was so confused, I never knew any he was seeing anyone, he called and explained that he met his ex and they are trying to work things out again. How can I compete with that? They have longer history and they broke up bcause they were in long distance, now they’re not. So it make sense. I don’t want it to be over but I feel like it is. My friends told me to bot get my hopes up. I don’t know what to do.

Have you ever heard of scripting? Take everything you just wrote above and write it out the way you want things to be. For example, have him tell his girlfriend that they missed their chance and should not try again, have him tell you how much he loves and needs you the most in his life, have him insist that you two move in together. Whatever you want it to be, write it down.

Hi I really hope that someone replies me on this, I've heard of scripting but I never tried it. Anyway, my special person gave me a call earlier today and told me that the reason he doesn't want to be with me is that he realised that we're not compatible personality wise and he was unhappy then. He said that he couldn't handle my mood swings (which was the result of my insecurity). I really don't know what to do. This feels like a punch in the face, he just literally said he can't and doesn't want to. How can I change that? Have I been reading the situation wrongly, I thought everything was great. Can I change that? Can I steal a guy from another girl? Am I going insane?

Take the focus off him. Focus on you and become the person you want to be. Focus on how you want to be in a relationship.
Ok he said he can't handle the mood swings, which are the result of insecurities. If you were with him now would you still have those insecurities? You need to get to the point where you have worked though those insecurities.

I have already answered your question in my previous post. There is no situation you can't turn around in your favor. And you are the not the first person an ex told they never want anything to do with again and yet the person still got them back.
