The answer is you visualize and script when you don’t feel a need or a lack . You do all this stuff when you feel good and relaxed : so if it feels good to do it do it if it doesn’t then don’t. You aren’t helping anything by making yourself do all these techniques when they don’t feel good. The point of these are they should be a just helpful intention setter not some magic thing that if you do it even if you don’t feel good it manifests that’s not how it works people and things are attracted to energy . If you feel desperate and are waiting and focused on them it repels. Also you are cheating yourself and not caring for yourself by doing that. People can’t love you if you don’t love yourself enough to tend to yourself and do things gon enjoy. If you had a friend saying all this wouldn’t you tell her to go out and take care of herself? You would help her feel better right? Why can’t you do the same for you!  Be your own best friend! You deserve the same if not more love and care you give others from yourself! Acting as if is really being present if you think about it. Acting as if is enjoying the now because if you had what you wanted you would. Find things you want to do that you enjoy. Remember you are the star not these people. You should be having fun and enjoying your life not sitting there waiting. Also how attractive is it to see someone smiling and enjoying life living their best life? I would say very! So the key is to do these techniques when they feel good to do and you want to. The rest of the time focus on you what you enjoy and live your best life! Don’t you find people attractive when you see them enjoying themselves you love that energy right? People feel that and if you are waiting and just focused on them or something else like that it repels them they feel like they have to make you happy all the time and no one wants that weight on their shoulders and you shouldn’t do that to them. Well said! And yes I don't know whether you saw the posts before but someone recommended you, about the topic of self love, as I was looking for ideas. I checked some of your posts and saw you mentioned the mirror technique so I started doing that, which turned out to be a great way of communicating with the subconscious. So I do that. And every time I feel the negative voice come up, I stop what I'm doing, breathe, close my eyes and talk to it to resolve the conflict. Basically, I am reprogramming my self concept. I logically know I am a great being. Emotionally I have spent many years not believing it, and believing I was something else, something wrong, something people wouldn't like. It was such a contradiction to the person that I KNEW consciously that I am, that I even gave it its own name haha, as it helped to remind me that it's not who I am. FINALLY I've managed to get to the very core of where all of this came from, and so I am able to get on with the reprogramming, because I know that these things that I am not, are not me. I was always worried I would be "discovered" to be this negative person that I emotionally had been taught that I was, so I thought that after knowing me for a while, people would think I was that person, instead of the great person that I logically know I am. But now I have gained understanding, I am able to teach that part of myself, that it is not these negative things, and this is where the mirror technique helps.

I have been doing more practical things like making more effort with how I look even if I'm not going anywhere special, just because it feels good to do it. But yeah, I was wondering what else can be done? I figure that visualizing myself as my ideal would be the most powerful thing. But yes, someone said you were experienced on this topic so if you think of anything that would be greatly appreciated :D

You're amazing, and I'm truly trying to live my life. And I manage to do things that make me happy but sometimes I go back to wanting to cry and missing him. I don't lile us being apart and he hasn't coe after me yet and it makes me feel bad. I broke up with him. And he always said he couldn't live without me. So why the hell isn't he runnin after me??? See, that's my issue. My issue is that we were always special and he always did everything I wanted and always promised nothing could tear us apart and him not coming after me after almost two years of us being so connected and special just hurts too much. I'm really trying, but i need help. I don't know how to bring myself to be happy all the time without worrying and remembering our happy memories an wanting to cry because I miss him so much. And besides this friend I made this week, everyone around me is negative and is telling me to forget about him.

I agree with fizzy and would add that it is not necessary to feel good.  You could be very depressed. I know because I've deliberately manifested some good things when I have been very depressed.

I disagree if you are doing a technique out of desperation then it doesn’t send anything out there that is good you just get more lack but that’s how I’ve experienced it and how I feel

It’s not entirely about being happy all the time it’s making peace with what is and living your life allowing for things to change. I forgot to add that part. Accepting is also part of it we are human we aren’t perfect by accepting that and knowing things can change you can change your vibe to feel something better. Accept that this is where you are now it’s ok and it can change but what can you do now that would help you feel in a better state? By doing things for yourself over time you feel better it doesn’t happen right away. You accept how you feel and that helps you feel better and focus on doing things that keep building you up. So accept the now accept how you feel and then know it can change and start asking yourself welp this is how I feel this is what is so what can I do for me now? And do that. It sounds like you are angry at him because you rely on him to feel loved. Nothing wrong with wanting to be chased but it’s like you associate all those things with him chasing you when you really are just assuming the worst cause he’s not. Sounds like you need him to chase you to feel wanted. Also again you don’t know there are many reasons why he could not be and one of those I believe is the vibe of needing him to because it makes you feel wanted when you need to focus on feeling love for yourself with out needing him to chase you for you to feel that if that makes sense . It’s hard for me to describe how i feel about this stuff and like how all this stuff correlated lol.

This is great! I’m so glad this is helping you! It’s hard to avoid what you see in the mirror 😆. I actually went awhile just focusing on me before I did any sort of visualizing or intention Work so I could feel better and not come from a state of lack. When I started all of this my goal was him when I ended it my goal was feeling better and he came back so quick so he was the icing on the cake.  Now nothing ever deliberately manifested for me until I did this inner work and then the other stuff was second fiddle. Some people may have difference experiences but for me self love and inner work was the key between deliberately manifesting and not. Again though now it’s like I just set the intention I know it can happen because I believe and know that if it doesn’t I’m ok.  Letting go
