So, which is better - meditation or visualization?!
I would say they are equally as powerful.
Meditation is relaxing and clearing your mind.
Visualization is relaxing and imagining.
I would say to actually do a bit of both in one session, as they can compliment one another.
Do it when you feel inspired, and don't be afraid to try it.
You always have to imagine something before it can come to be
