So I will be fine and happy knowing I already have my darling coming my way. But then out of nowhere my anxiety will come up, I can be really happy, but then out of the blue my nerves kick in. I know I should not feed into it and start obsessively thinking. Any tips on what to do so I won't feed into my anxiety and start thinking that things between my darling and I will never work? This has always been the biggest challenge for me when it came to manifesting him back. Especially since it will be out of the blue when I am happy. I want to be in control of my anxiety.

Whenever you feel negative, try remembering all those moments with your guy for which you can be greatfull for .. Just say Thankyou 3 times for all his qualities which you love in him .. this way your mind shall also be diverted and universe shall also give you more !!! As we all known LIKE ATTRACTS LIKE

Thank you, now my biggest question is every morning the moment I wake up I have anxiety and this is when I get it the strongest too. I could even be having a good dream about being with my darling and still wake up with it. Any advice on how to deal with it in the morning because it always makes me cry in the morning.

Hi holistichealing, I've been through and yet still fighting to get through what you're going through right now, I'm glad that I've soften the feeling every morning, right before this I used to cry in the morning everyday for almost a month,now I don't anymore. I've used this:
1. Right before you sleep, you visualise everything you want and said "thankyou" and add on with "tomorrow everything will get better and easier for me, Thank you universe for letting me become stronger, Thank you"
2. Once you wake up, get yourself with the image that makes you happy! Even it doesn't feels that happy, fake it. Tell yourself you're happy! Say thankyou! Let go the feelings of negative. It will literally heal itself.
I truly hope this helps I've been using this for days and it helps a lot! You may also use hooponopono to sleep with you. It heals the inside.
Idk whether this helps or not or even correct to use. But give it a try! It helps for me tho I know you can do this better than I can!
