Thank you fizzy. I do have doubts sometimes about whether I will be successful or not. In some ways I’m totally sure conscious creation is real and in other ways I see a lot of things that I worry can’t be overcome...

I could probably limit seeing him a bit more than I do (we live in a small town so we will eventually cross paths at some point) but I find sometimes if I haven’t seen him or he and his current person lately then my imagination starts going wild and thinks up a lot of things about how they just must be happy together because he hasn’t come back to me yet... I know this doubt and worry will keep me from success but it’s so hard to stop it!

I guess it’s just hard to really want something and not have it. Sometimes it feels like I put in the “work” and I’m still in the same place I was before.
