I guess this goes off of Veronica's video. But When you feel down on your looks and think you look older, does that make everyone else see it? And then when you know you're beautiful/handsome. And know you look younger. Does that make people see that?

Absolutely. People "see you" the way you vibrate, which is essentially based on what you think of yourself.
If you love who you are, people will also think you are beautiful.

That's so true, cause whenever I think I'm ugly or unattractive. It's like everyone else thinks that too. But when I feel I'm handsome. I'll get a bunch of "you're handsome's"

I think that we reflect how we feel If you have a youthful spirit you will look and feel younger If you feel life has passed you by and you feel old and beaten down it will reflect on your face and health There have been studies that people who are stressed or depressed have significantly more belly fat because of the cortosol hormone produced In the past week I have been making an effort to feel good about myself I think a positive outlook and things to be happy and grateful for brings our inner beauty out
