    list 5 things you like about your ex/ or nice things your ex has done

    Hello! i believe when try to manifest a perfect relationship with your ex you have to focus on their good qualities rather than the negative things. so lets start this challenge!
    list down 5 things (or more) you like about your ex, sweet things they did for you
    i will start:

    1. the first time we spend the night together he told me that he loves me while he was asleep
    2. whenever its possible he comes to visit me at work and says hi
    3. he proudly introduced me to his friends
    4. i love his looks, he is so tall and handsome
    5. he picked me up from the train station

    Please Send some Love and Positive Energy my way

    1. the first time we spend the night together, he gave me a nice long bath.
    2. I love the way he holds me in his strong arms
    3. The way he gives me massages
    4. I love he makes me awesome nachos
    5. I love the way he helps me with my workouts

    2) makes me smile and laugh
    3) good with family
    4) handsome and charming
    5) feels like my home

    1. Always there for me.
    2. Giving me small but for me lovely presents sometimes.
    3. Saying she's proud of me.
    4. Including me in her creative projects.
    5. Laughing with me.

    1. His strong arms around me while we are napping
    2. His honesty
    3. His awesome personality
    4. The way he makes me feel safe
    5. His warmth.

    I love this idea too . Here are mine
    1. His patience and willingness to help me
    2. How when he holds and cuddles me it makes me feel safe and totally at peace
    3. His smile and laugh, he's so handsome
    4. His passion for his hobbies, job and he's highly motivated
    5. He is so attentive 

    This felt so nice doing it made me smile and filled my heart with warmth

    LOVE this so much! 

    1. She always makes me coffee in the morning. 
    2. When she whispers 'I'm so lucky' in my ear about me
    3. She will always pick me up from wherever, and she's always on time! 
    4. I love the way her hair falls just above her greenish honey eyes when we're laying in bed together
    5. The shared humor and jokes we have together

    1. So damn attractive! 
    2. Their grin when they're really happy.
    3. All the romantic gestures: sending flowers to me, dancing with me, hotel getaways....
    4. Their patience.
    5. How they also love my dog!


    I'm thankful for all this, and excited to have more in an even better renewed relationship with them!

    There are a lot more things about him that I love and appreciate, but I will give my top 5:

    1. His lovely voice, he has the most beautiful voice I have ever heard. 
    2. His kindness and calmness.
    3. When he takes the lead and takes initiative, for example take me to a restaurtant he choosed himself and then chooses the menu, in the cinema he gets me something to eat that he chooses becauses he thinks I would like it.
    4. The fact that he is a hard worker. 
    5. He is so damn attractive and beautiful! The most handsome guy I have ever seen!

    1. I love the way he takes care of me
    2. He is just a beautiful person on the inside and on the outside
    3. He is very funny
    4. When he says 'I love you" (he does it not al the time, but when he does it he really means it) 
    5. He is very positive and thankful for the things in his life
