Today can be a great day to start a new affirmation of something you want to become a new habit. Β New habits take a bit of time to form, so it's a matter of actually taking the time to do it everyday! I would use today to try a new affirmation that you can commit to for 30 days. Β It can be anything, small or big, but choose a statement you can say and believe :D
