It is all too easy to get caught up in techniques, routines and just obsessing in general. Regardless of what your end goal is, or where you're at on your journey, take time to be good to yourself and remember that you are allowed your off days.
While it's good to have a goal or a set of goals in mind, do not let them become your life. Do not let them consume every fibre of your being.
Set your intention, know it's yours and then go live your life. Go for a walk, see some friends, call your mother, go for a nice meal, embrace a hobby, maybe set some new goals to work towards. Do anything that'll make you smile, variety in life is great. Live a life with so much good going on you feel great, you're occupied and once your goal manifests into reality, it will manifest, you'll look back and giggle over how worried you were at first.
