I receive a lot of emails that ask if you can still manifest a relationship if... the person is long distance, the person is with someone else, the breakup has happened before, the person said awful things, the person has blocked them, etc. etc. etc.

The answer is always yes, you can manifest a better result - despite any of these things.

But, the problem is with focusing on what is wrong - instead of solutions and what could be right.  Thus, instead of wondering if your situation is something the Universe can't fix, why not look to healing it within yourself? After all, you are the Universe, so if you can fix these things within yourself - then yes, it is possible.
