"Why isn't it happening?"

This is a question that gets asked a lot.  If you are doing the visualizations, affirmations, etc. then where is it?

Well, asking this question actually shows you where you are vibrationally.  If you are wondering, then you aren't really aligned with living the result (instead you are aligned with just the mere idea of wanting).

Try to love the state of visualizations, imaginations, etc. so much that it's as if you don't even need the physical result.  That's when it happens

Try to remain true to the thing you seek by loving the pure thought of it.

That's when it happens
