I'm looking to do journalling and scripting. I don't want to use visualization techniques at this time. What scripting techniques can I use to work on these beliefs?:
I'm afraid my love life will never change.
I'm afraid of loving too hard.
I'm afraid of being too vulnerable and getting hurt.
I'm afraid of being too eager.
Sometimes I feel like I'm not good enough for love.

Maybe take each statement and turn it into something positive about your relationship. Write like youβre keeping a daily journal and turn the statements around somewhere in what you write.

If you love yourself, then, the word is going to love you too.Β
I'm afraid of loving too hard.
If you love yourself enought, you're going to love others in a healthy way, if you're loving too hard, it's because you're giving to the other person the love that you're not giving to yourself, you expect that your partner is going to give you the love that you're not giving to yourself.
I'm afraid of being too vulnerable and getting hurt.
It's the same that te previous, if you love yourself enough, then you know that you don't need anione to be happy, you're free to love.Β

You don't need to be eager, because you have the most important thing, yourself, you don't need anything or anybody to be happy.Β
Sometimes I feel like I'm not good enough for love.
If you love yourself enough, then you know that you're the price, you're good enough for anyone, but is anyone good enough for you?Β
I know how you feel because somethimes I have feelt the same feelings. I'm working on myself, knowing me and change what I don't like about me, because I'm first, my sp, the money, the job, all of that it's in a second place.
