Help! How to keep up the positive vibes?

Hello everyone,
As many of you I am currently attracting my partner back. We haven't been in contact since a month and though I've know about the Law of Attraction for some while I decided to start Veronicas Challenge after my exams, so I could fully commit to it, which is now. I'm only on day one, but I've been working on my faith and self love for the last weeks already since I know this is an important part. I think I'm doing well so far, usually throughout the day I feel really good, but often when I wake up I still have this heavy emotional feeling. I can't really describe it, its not like sadness just more like recognizing his absence. I succesfully lift my vibration up during the morning again, but I know that feeling I have when I wake up is not good and slowing down my process. Does anyone have any idea what I could do to wake up with a better feeling in the moning?

I wouldn't worry about it. You don't have to be perfect at all times.
