Lately, I've been getting asked a lot about subliminals. My opinion is that they don't really have any use. I do think that what you do during the day, is much more important than listening to a subliminal. After all, if you are in a bad mood, and listen to a subliminal - it's not going to change those thoughts and feelings no matter how many times you listen to it. I think subliminals are an attempt at taking a short cut towards something that you should otherwise be doing.
But, this is just my opinion! You are always entitled to your own opinion and ultimately should always do what feels right in your heart and gut. Never take someone's advice over your own inner feeling. My advice is what has worked for me, and you may find something else works better for you. After all, I'm not in your shoes - and can only offer helpful suggestions but ultimately it's up to you to make decisions for what is right for your life.
So, take this as a moment to really decide for yourself to always listen to your heart. Never do anything simply because someone else told you to or suggested it. Always think for yourself. Always decide what feels right. Always use your logic
Have a nice day.

Yes, of course, you're entitled to your opinion, but I wonder what you have based your opinion of subliminals on. I've had actual experience with them that is the opposite of what your opinion is. I don't know if you realise how much power what you say has over some people who follow along like sheep, and in this case they won't even try something they could benefit from.

Well, that's the thing. People have success with believing in an external god, with their lucky charm, with a specific day or number, with subliminals. Others don't. What differs one group from the other is that one group believes in their stuff and the other doesn't. It's actually never the physical that give you success, but your belief in a symbol (like subliminals). Subliminals don't work. I don't need an opinion for that, that's fact, because your consciousness is the only thing that has the power to alter reality. But if someone believes that subliminals work, they can use it as a tool, at least temporarily. I tried them. Didn't work for me, because I was skeptical about it, so my opinion is also based on my experience. But my opinion doesn't matter, because it's the belief and not the subliminal. Go for it, if it works for you.
And regarding the sheeps..I think Veronica made a clear sheep disclaimer. But everyone has still the free choice to feel disappointed about it or adopt a belief that it doesn't work without trying. Has nothing to do with Veronica. Isn't this forum about taking responsibility for our own thoughts, feelings and beliefs?
And if you really want a "fact based" opinion about that...I am pretty sure that there are psychological studies that didn't find a significant effect.

What Sanshi said is almost exactly what I was going to say in response to this post. So, thank you
I also wanted to add that my opinions on things are based on my own experience. I give advice based on things that have worked or haven't worked for me in the past. The main reason why I don't like subliminals is because it places your faith on something outside of yourself. It's like saying you don't have the power from within to create something. And, I like to stay away from the idea of being separate from the creativity within you
But, again, if subliminals have worked for you - that's great I'm happy they have given you success. I just don't obviously want to lead someone astray recommending a technique that I don't actually believe in or haven't found success in myself.
I do recognize that a lot of people will blindly follow advice - and that's why I do think I need to make a video about always following your heart and doing what feels right to you. Never follow any advice that doesn't feel good, no matter if it comes from me, your best friend, your mom, etc. Never make a decision that you don't believe in. Always listen to your intuition and what feels right for your life. Just because something has worked for me, doesn't mean you *have* to do it. Do what feels good to you.
