I'll try to keep this short. I've been over my most recent ex for a while now (the one I was using loa for) I was just too attached and decided it was best for me to let go. That was fine I started bodybuilding to work on myself. I also started trying to get a handle on what makes me repeat behaviors in relationships. I'm still a big work in progress mentally.

Anyway I had a dream last night and a girl I dated years ago from high school was in it. We basically reconnected and the emotions I felt in my dream were incredible and something I haven't felt in a long time. It was so powerful it's still sticking with me throughout the day.

I honestly haven't been having a great time with my life recently so vibration is probably low. Still today I felt the most okay in a while. I just help working through my feelings as to what this could mean for me. Do I actually have un resolved feelings for her or is it just my recent loneliness and general unhappiness? I'm not sure what to think.
