So I went shopping with my sister about 2 weeks ago and wanted to buy a pair of sunglasses, as she gets 25% off in John Lewis, not will be leaving work so will stop getting it and I wanted to make the most of it. However the John Lewis store we went too didnt stock Gucci sunglasses, only online.

So i decided to go to a different department store to try the gucci sunglasses on and then order on John Lewis website instead. I found the most perfect pair. Everything I wanted in a pair of glasses. They looked good on my face too. However when I checked the John Lewis website they were out of stock! I was so disheartened! I didnt want to purchase them from the other department store as they would have been full price but at JohnLewis I would have got them for about £55 cheaper!!

So whilst out still I found a different JohnLewis branch to check if they had any in stock, and they didnt. They said only the oxford st branch stocks gucci sunglasses in the store but when he checked they didnt have my model in stock. Also he checked the online website too and said it says we are expecting a delivery but doesnt say when.

For 2 weeks I was checking the website to see if they are back in stock. I also tried looking at other sunglasses but again all the ones i liked were out of stock. My heart was set one just this one pair. I kept thinking about how much I love them and how badly I want them. I think randomly decided to phone the oxford st branch myself yeaterday and asked them the check. Luckily they had 1 LAST PAIR LEFT!! In exactly the same model! I asked if they could reserve it for me to collect the next day! Today I went to go collect them and today also happens to be my sisters last day at work, meaning last day of recieving discount!! i am so happy and grateful i got my sunglasses!

I didnt even realise I used LOA to recieve these sunglasses! They were out of stock everywhere according to the guy I spoke to 2 weeks ago and they are still out of stock on the website!
