I know I'm a little late with this message, but better late than never! We are having a huge snowstorm today in Chicago, and it's thrown my schedule completing out of whack so I hope you understand

Today is a great day for reflection.  I think a lot of times we get so busy in our lives that we don't take a few still moments for ourself.  Remember, you don't always have to be on the go in order to be a productive person.  Sometimes productivity and success come from maintaining an even rhythm which can only occur if you take a few moments to yourself from time to time!

During these still moments, you can just calm your mind or even think of something that makes you feel good.  But, I would suggest in these moments of relaxation to just allow yourself to regroup, recharge and feel a little more in control.  Remember, life doesn't happen to you - it happens through you.
