I've tried to follow the no-contact rule for a week now: first days went very well, but now I feel like I'm losing control and just destroying everything I've achieved... (cry)
Me and my boyfriend broke up a week ago. I spent the first two days crying, but then I sort of started to think that he will come back soon. I followed the no-contact rule and after inly couple of days he told me he misses me. It felt wonderful (of course), but I don't know how to respond correctly. Should I tell him I miss him too or what exactly should I do? And did I break the no-contact rule by asking him how he is doing? D:
I'm really afraid: I miss him like crazy and thinking about the mistakes I might have done makes me even more scared... Will I ever get him back? He has told me that he missss me and feels really bad, but he does not ask me to see him: I've told him that if he wants, we could meet up and talk. His answer was that it would probably make him feel even more depressed because even without seeing me he feels bad.
This situation is driving me CRAZY. Why does he not want to see me or just take me back if he misses me?
What should I answer if he tells me he misses me?? Can I ask him to meet up ny myself or should I just wait for that moment he finally asks?
I need details and clear instructions to act right. Please help me.

Google it.
It's unrealistic and unfair to expect someone on a forum to give you clear instructions.
It sounds like you are making this more complicated than it needs to.
Relationships are about reciprocation - he told you he misses you - only you know how to respond. Calm down and get some prospective on the situation.

There's a lot we don't know here such as the reason you split up and who initiated it; you'd have to take these factors into account when making a decision.
