The importance of eating good food :D
Food can invigorate your body and make it feel wonderful. When your body is feeling good, your mind can better function and thus so can your thoughts and feelings. That's why it's so important to eat fresh food whenever possible. Now, I know sometimes it's not feasible especially when you are on the go, but try to make healthier decisions when you can as it will allow you to feel better inside and not so bogged down. Again, when your body feels good - your mind can function!
Now, it's always good to treat yourself every now and then, but as a whole - try to make a commitment to eating more fresh and unprocessed food. You'll be surprised how good you feel and how much it will affect your mood. :D
