Law of Attraction and PMS Mood Swings

Hi there! A question I have is about how to deal with staying in a high vibration whilst on your period. I get crazy mood swings on my period and I literally got upset to the point where I wanted to cry when someone offered me a brownie? Lol, it's hilarious when I think about it now but it's so weird? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.Β

Re: Law of Attraction and PMS Mood Swings

Hi danaaxox,

Honestly I’m still quite new at this law of attraction thing, so sorry if I don’t give very good advice. But I also get mood swings randomly, sometimes don’t even have to be on my period. That being said, when that happens I usually listen to uplifting music or watch cartoons or any movies with happy vibes (if that make sense). I don’t know if this would work for you, but I wish you best of luck and I hope that you quickly manifest your desire 😊

It's hormonal, but you might have some sort of nutritional deficiency that's causing it. I did but found out many years too late to do anything about it.

You could also just skip the belief in secondary causes and assume that your PMS is a thing of the past. It's not hormonal, it's belief based. Everything is.

I don't agree. I had no beliefs whatsoever that could possibly have been causing my problems, and to tell somebody that it is all in their mind is not helpful.

I disagree. Telling someone that something is outside of their mind isn't helpful. You did believe that there was something that caused it, else you hadn't possibly be able to find out about how nutritional deficiency can cause PMs. And wouldn't you believe in it, you hadn't suggested it. You said you found out about it too late, so I assume that you don't even have your own experiences with it. But even if you had your own experiences with it, it doesn't change anything. If you hadn't believed it would help, you hadn't taken it in the first place.
Example from my own experience how this works: For some reason, I started to be afraid of losing hair. I did. I felt helpless about it. At one point, I started to believe that there maybe is something I could do about it. And guess what? I stumbled over deficiencies. I should have "known" that before, because it was part of my education, but I couldn't access that "knowledge", because I was in the state of being helpness and seeing no solution. Then, I talked myself into being iron deficient. I went to the doctor and told him I was iron deficient before he even asked a question. And surprise, surprise..I was highly anemic. And btw, I had no prior beliefs about iron and hair loss. I didn't know that hair loss is a symptom of iron deficiency. The iron deficiency was just one possible "cause" I let in by accepting that there could be a way to change it. Based on the data I gathered about iron I started to believe that it was plausible for me to be iron deficient and I talked myself into it. At that point, I did it consciously to use the iron as a tool to get myself to believe that my hair could regrow. At that point, it made it easier for me to shift states. I read that it would take 2-3 months for the hair to regrow. I had no other knowledge about it, so I accepted that as true and it took that time. But at that point, I fully believed that my hair would regrow after those 2-3 months and it did. Was there a way for it to regrow without taking the iron? Sure. If I had been able to jump immediately to fully believing I could have saved time and money. I used the iron as tool, because it was hard for me to shift in consciousness in that matter. But I wouldn't recommend anyone to give credit to outside causes. If one thing on the outside has power over you, everything on the outside has power over you.

Β I'm not going to argue with you. I don't agree with you, and I don't think some of the things you say are at all helpful. You think you are right about everything at all times, and you're not. I'm going to leave it at that.
