Hi, i see here lots of posts about changing state in order to become the person you want to be so i want to ask.. if you want to learn new skill, like singing or dancing or whatever, can you just switch a state to be a person who has talent for moving or whatever even if you are currently really bad at it? Would you need to train a lot to learn these skills or from the state it would came naturally without too much effort? The same with body building. Is any action really neccessary to have results? When subliminals for body changes seems to work for lots of people, then it's really just in a state of mind, isn't it?

I love it when people ask non ex related questions.
Of course, you can use this stuff to become good at something. I would drop the concept of talent. Talent is just a secondary cause (you can find more about it in my new post: ). There is nothing like talent. We made that up to explain why people are different when it comes to learning a skill. But it's really just our mindset that is different. When I was 12, I knew I would go to university, because my mother told me that I was smart and I believed her. When I started Aikido, I told myself that I was too anxious and that all others had more courage than me and that's what I saw. And then I started to tell myself that I was so bad in Aikido and everyone else would progress faster and that's what I saw. Maybe one could say that I am not very gifted when it comes to Aikido. But I know that it's just my mindset. And I saw myself learning faster, when I beat up on myself just a little less...to then return to my old state and old speed of progress. Long story short: Drop the concept of talent. There is nothing like that.
If you would assume that you are already a master at it, everything necessary for that would happen in accordance to your beliefs. I assume that you believe in "progress", so you won't learn it over night (even though you could, if you could drop "progress").Β But lets say you don't work on your belief in progress - that's probably a hard one to get rid of and the process of learning something can be fun, so we don't want to skip all of it. From the state of being a master, you would feel drawn to do everything necessary and it wouldn't feel like effort, because a master enjoys the skill he has mastered.
Subliminals work, because people believe in it. They allow people to believe in what they want. You can skip the subliminals and just believe.
