I finally decided to really do the work and change my mind.. i know how to write affirmations for school and money and this kind of areas, but i'm also determined to manifest my specific guy and i guess i need to change my beliefs about him a little bit. I feel like i'm better each day in reaching the vibration of being his loved girlfriend, mostly because when doubts starts to creep in, i "daydream" about him huging me and saying some sweets things, but i also have some thoughts about him being a person who doesn't want a relationship now and so on. So what i would like to know is.. is it enough to write down some affirmations about him (each affirmation at least 20 times) and then read them several times a day? Will i start to think those thoughts automatically? I never worked with affirmations before so i don't really know what it will do and what else have i do to change my belief system.

Personally, I don't think it matters what the affirmations are or how many times you say them. What matters are the feelings you feel when you say them. The purpose of an affirmation is to help you better embody the state of already having your desire. So, just make sure you feel positive, empowered, joyful etc. when you say them!

I don't know.. i guess affirmations build new neurological pathways so they are useful when you need to reaffirm your current state until you start believe in it. But i would also say that in a high vibrations you will start believe in it more easily because you are in the same frequency so it feels more natural. So getting into high vibration will be probably more effective then wasting my time affirming something i can't believe in the moment.
