How to really feel self love?

Hey y'all!
As you may know , if you read some of my posts I posted so far, I had successes with attracting back an ex, so I am definitely NOT doubting that it can be done.
I know the MOST important factorΒ  is loving yourself. Because I KNOW how it feels to be in longing and desperation.
Well, my boyfriend broke up with me 3 weeks ago. I was devastated, tried my best to pull myself up.
Veronica talks a lot about feeling good and being happy.
But, to be honest I still have to cry daily. I do self love meditations and try my best to feel grateful. But this feeling of loss is so strong, that I just cant get myself out of it.
I am into the law of attraction since 1 and a half year, and I know the mechanics how to attract him back, and I even did this a few times before.
Has anyone tips on how to really FEEL self love when you are really down low and just feel desperate and really depressed.
Its not even about attracting him BACK. I just want to feel happy again, no matter if he comes back or not.
It feels like a dark tunnel, and I have been stuck there since 3 weeks and I really want to feel love and happiness again...

What's worked for me is being my own best friend. Let whatever you're feeling be okay. Let it be okay that the feeling of loss is so strong. Don't try to fight it or get yourself out of it right now if you don't feel like you can. Do small things to make yourself feel better: take a nice shower, open up the windows and let the sun come in, watch tv. When you can do those things, then take it a step further. You don't have to immediately go from devastated to happy. There are plenty of emotions in between. The more gentle you are with yourself, the faster you'll be happy.

Whatever you're feeling, whatever you're going through is okay. It can all be fixed, but it starts with you. You're amazing and deserve to be happy. Allow yourself the time and space to release the negative emotions and then work on picking yourself up moment by moment, thought by thought. It'll be okay. You got this!

Sorry to hear that. You are not new to this, so I hope you will listen to my advice.
It happens often that people get their person and then a few months later, they are back on the forum. For me, that's a sure sign that they haven't changed. You can attract something by changing your state temporarily. Problem with that is that you tend to lean back after having success and not too far in the future, you are back to where you were before. For that reason, I would highly suggest that you drop the guy or any guy for a few months and fix what is causing the breakup. Getting someone back is nice, if you want to attract a reconciliation. But if you want to attract a stable, happy relationship, it's not done the moment the person is back. In my experience, dropping all guys and focusing on yourself makes it much easier to get over a breakup. I think you need to be stable in yourself before you can love yourself. So get over the breakup first.
