Question about LOA

Hi, i noticed that here are some people that believe in parallel universes. I was reading something about this and shifting into another parallel realites. I'm wondering why, when we are trying for example get our exes back, or trying to change some situation, there is something like bridge of events. For example that ex has to contact us, we will go out then and reconcile. Why can't we jump into a reality where we are with our ex already? And when we revise and change our feeling about some situation in the past, shouldn't we find ourselfs in a reality where this thing happened in another way and our life changed a lot? Like if my ex would move in with his new girlfriend but i would change it in my head into something like he broke up with her and wanted to be with me, shouldn't i find myself in reality where my ex doesn't live with his girlfrien? (This example is from one of forums, not my experiance) I don't know if you'll understand me, i'm not very good at english. :/

Re: Question about LOA

I think we can, but I can't prove it and I am not talking from experience. That's because I expect things to happen in a logical manner and I always get what I expect and feel to be true. And imagine that you suddenly stand in front of your person and they are hugging you and you have NO clue what's going on, because a second ago, you sat on your bed playing a videogame and were single. Wouldn't that be scary? You don't know how you got there, you probably don't know where you are, you don't know, if it's a friendly hug or a loving hug or if they just hug you, because your mother died. I wouldn't want that. I want to know what's going on.
