I think I am at one of the lowest points in my life right now. I just lost my job and have had no offers and my boyfriend broke up with me. This is someone I was sure I was going to spend my life with and he now says he cannot see a future. I am trying so hard to remain hopeful and positive. But every time I turn around, it seems hopeless... He's adding girls on instagram, deleting every photo from social media (even ones of just him that I took!) Every time I see something new it's a whole new wound. I'm planning on taking some time to myself and starting the 25 day challenge. But how do I look past all this, remain positive, and ignore the fact that it seems like he is deleting my from his life/memory?Β Thanks guys

I'm so sorry for the situation you are in. Relax your mind and tell yourself you got this you are powerful. Start by loving yourself which not only means physical but mentally as well emotionally. Focus on you . He is just acting out right now. Don't focus on that if you do you get more of it. People change their minds all the time. And when you focus on you love yourself positive things gravitate toward you in every area.
