Does anyone feel at times we try way too hard? I can relate to this, i felt at times i would try way too hard
In my opinion techniques like visualizing/RS/etc is best done randomly. For me personally, having a set time to visualize never worked for me and would just get me attached
The best way to visualize in my opinion, is when you just randomly do it, and donβt even notice it lol. Of course we all want our desires, but i think at times we try WAY too hard, which causes unhappiness, frustration, anger, attachment and so much other negative feelings/emotions
Itβs really one of the reasons a lot of people suggest focusing on yourself and going with the flow

I remember when I started with all of this techniques, I was desperate trying too hard to get my girlb with me and I attracted some situations that I want but in a bad way Β
I think it's ok if we do a technique as an habbit, it's bad when we're obsessed.Β

Agreed I find that when you need to visualize like you feel the need it is coming from desperation. At that point I usually do a self love meditation or do self love thoughts so I can redirect my focus.

When I first joined this forum I frantically and desperately tried every possible technique I could, even when I was in a bad mood. These days I do the odd visualisation/rs session here and there if I feel happy.Β
