There is an exercise in the 25 day challenge that I think is great. It's naming 5 things great about you or what you are good at. So I want everyone to do this because you need to love you so tell me what ya love!

1) I'm a good-looking guy
2) I play guitar
3) My personality is tops
4) I'm actually a really good guy, who would never cheat and will always be loyal (Just adding this because I've been on reddit and I just read way too many things about guys "just wanting sex" or "being prone to cheating", etc.)
5) I like pie.

Thats the point! 😊 We have to remember we have great qualities. So much so, especially when attracting another person, we compare ourselves to someone that person may be dating or just maybe someone else we see in general. The truth is you are unique and need to recognize that you are awesome too don't try to make yourself into someone else embrace yourself! Self ❤️😊

5. I can converse on any topic...be it sports, politics, books, authors and now even LoA
6. I’m a good cook
7. I’m happy with simple and small things in life
