I have to say this is one of the most beautiful healing meditations I have ever done. Now since everything is energy respondent, I feel one of the best things to do when wanting an ex back is healing meditations because what it does is it clears out all the baggage that blocked the flow of love energy between the both of you.

1. So what we are going to start out doing is we are going to close our eyes and take three deep breaths in and out.
2. Now we are going to focus our attention on our third eye chakra.
3. Imagine a cord coming from below you and it is rooted to Mother Earth.
4. Imagine another cord coming from above you from Divine Creation.
5. Now imagine both of these cords are connected to your heart chakra.
6. Next you are going to think about your ex existing in your heart chakra and you are going to say, "I am sorry, I love you, I forgive you, I give you my blessing."
7. Lastly imagine all the resistance that was built up between you flow down into Mother Earth.
