My healer has been training and practicing chi for years and years. The technique she gave me (two different energy forms) were both what she called "advanced" (a circle form and a cylinder form). The only reason I'm hesitant to share is because I'm not trained and I actually did it wrong for several days which was disastrous. I manifested several things in those days, but I wasn't cooling my body down and was sending very intense sexual energy instead of chi energy. The result was very intense sexual images (as in I was driving and could barely keep the sexual thoughts down and they were very vivid and intense and I had to pull over) and they continued for several days until I talked to her and realized what I did wrong. While it was VERY effective for several things (I manifested a job, getting into a class three months early, and a very large sum of unexpected money) in literally four days, I felt very obsessed with my guy and could NOT clear these sexual images out of my head or clear the sexual energy out of my body.

If you're interested in chi energy forms, I would suggest finding a trained chi healer. Wendi's method of the energy ball is also a chi form. I hate to say no, but I'm really not trained. I feel it would be irresponsible.

That seems like a sensible reply.  I don't want to become obsessed like you have described. It sounds very unpleasant.

It was quite unpleasant. It was so vivid it was almost as if it was happening. I don't think I've ever been that geared up in real life. I'm a sexual person by nature and this was way over the top. I try not to send sexual energy to him as a general rule of thumb, but I'm sure he received it as I could barely function. The good thing is it let me release all resistance to the things I manifested. The bad thing is it added resistance to the one thing I haven't yet manifested... him.
