Thank you for your reply! I'm feeling very low today and I really want to raise my vibration before I see him, is there anything you could suggest that might raise my vibration quickly? I don't want to build momentum in a negative direction and sabotage us meeting up

Favorite thing I do is constantly tell myself I love myself over and over again and say it in the mirror too. Practice deep breathing as that can relax you too. It's all about self love and relaxation and everything falls into place

Yes I do . So simple I got it from the book love yourself like your life depends on it. Made a huggggeee difference
