If you've been having lots of anxiety & fearful thoughts about a subject over the period of a few days, is there any way to stop the negative manifestations that may result? If you can switch over to feeling better & thinking differently about the subject, will that stop the negative momentum so you won't manifest the bad? I've been struggling lately & worried about it.

I've heard from more than one source that a positive thought has been proven to be more powerful than a negative one. It usually takes a while to get a result from thoughts, like planting seeds, so I wouldn't worry about creating anything bad for yourself for negative thinking over such a short time, just start over from now and do your best to eliminate the negatives by focussing on the positives that you do want.
