Well, wanting someone specific is not a bad thing. But for many people its an obsession.
In order to manifest a sP, you have to be at a place where you are happy and okay without that person. You have to understand that the love and happiness is not in them, but in you. And then it is not that important anymore whether you have them or someone new.
In my case, my exes came back to me because I let them go!
I know its counter intuitive but thats how it works. Its all energybased

I don't think there is a 'Universe' as such when it comes to LOA. My interpretation of the 'Universe' in LOA is it's just you and everyone else and all the different vibrations.

You're in control of most things but not necessarily in control of everything or other people.
