What if I block him on fb?
What if I block him on facebook and he will want come back to me and do contact? He will find other way or when he know that I blocked him so he will afraid text me because he will think that I dont want be with him and I will bad to him and I hate him ? Yes I know that this isnt my work how things happened but I want know your opinions

We all have different views on blocking people. My Facebook is for business purposes so I didn't have that issue. I thought blocking was the equivalent of a playground "I'm not going to be your friend anymore so there!"
If it causes you so much anxiety don't block the guy but for goodness sake try to find other things to occupy your mind with or you're going to drive yourself bananas. You seem to become stressed when you think of the guy which is counter productive and makes you feel worse. You are overdramatising and catastrophising.
If he wants to find you, he will.
How long has this been going on? I've seen a number of posts from you over a time but I don't recall the exact situation.

I once blocked an ex of mine on Facebook for my own sanity. I kept stalking and stalking. We didn't get back together because that's not what I wanted anymore but we're friends to this day.
I had to reach out though and apologise for my end of the situation and things improved from there.
