for people that do either the whispering or rubbing out technique (or both) what are your experiences with it and what are you routines with it. i've seen many posts about peoples successes with it but i don't think I've seen how people put it into their routine and how long for.
if anyone is familiar and does them regularly i would love to know

I did the rubbing out for 3 to 4 weeks and saw nothing so I stopped. That was a little frustrating for me. I felt good doing it too. But then I read how quickly people had successs and got really frustrated cause I still wasn't seeing it. To this day I'm not sure what or how I was doing that wrong.

Focusing on it too much, the best way to have these things work is to do it and then let it go and not care about the results.

But I felt I did that I really did had good days and did that so I'm at a loss I stopped doing it. I have really really good moments and then really low loss of belief ...reading others success stories don't really help anymore I need my own to be honest . I'm not sure where to go from here . I've been telling myself since last night ( when the deep doubts came back) I surrender and let go it helps but sometimes not.
