LOA question- what if I sometimes miss him?

Hey everyone,

I've been practising LOA for close to a month and a half now towards my ex- I'm still a beginner. So far, I've been manifesting a lot of signs that have been amazing like keep going on poster on a bus popped in front of me, his name and surname multiple times, certain songs, his favourite songs, people from my past, old friends, old dates cropping up, attracting other men, dates. In this time, I've been doing a lot of meditation because it makes me feel good, listening to positive subliminal, I have a visualisation board I look at sometimes, I listen Abraham Hicks a lot too, so far it's been helpful, however I sometimes feel myself thinking about him or daydreaming about him or missing him, but I don't get clingy or anything, I know I still love him and care about him, but it's not to the point I can't live without him-is it bad I sometimes miss him or worry occasionally?

Thanks,
Meredith

I wouldn't say it's bad, but if it were me I'd be working towards thinking about them less so your focus is on stuff that makes you feel better. Missing someone doesn't make it manifest.

If you miss him then you're foccussing in his absence and that's bad.Β

I understand you because somethimes I miss my SP, try to do something to distract yourself, go for a walk, see a movie, play a game, read an article, focus in something different, don't pay attention at this feeling.Β
